Thai import Transfer of Ownership?

I have bought a PUG DOG. I have imported it from Bangkok I have all the certificates of Kennel Club of Thailand with a microchip and his air tickets. I want to register it on my name in India. I am from Navi Mumbai. Anyone, Please, guide me on- how to transfer this puppy on my name.

1. https://thekci.org/downloadpag e.aspx download the single dog form.
2. you need EXPORT PEDIGREE in english issued by the kennel club of Thailand.
3. Air ticket xerox
4. Quarantine Cert.
5. Duty if any paid at Airport
6. Gate Pass of Cargo section issued if any.
Fill in all the details in the form and send to KCI with Original Export pedigree. Rest can be xerox. It takes normally 2-4 months to get it registered at KCI depending how soon the Thailand Club verifies the Export Pedigree.
Also you can call KCI at the numbers mentioned at their website
