My dog used to love chapatis! Her breakfast was mostly scrambled eggs with no spices or added ingredients with chapatis. I am not sure if that would be sufficient for a Labrador though. Along wit i also gave her treats like churpi bars. These were from Dogsee chew, all natural, human grade and nutritious too. She used to love them! You could try those as well.

Hey,I don't know if this will be helpful, let me tell you what i used to feed my daschund for breakfast. Scrambled eggs with no spices and a few carrots along with a roti. Apart from this i also used to give her a treat or two at times. Her favourite was this Churpi bar from Dogseechew. She would keep nibbling on it the entire morning.

Hey Indrani,I can tell you what i used to feed my dachshund for breakfast. This might not be the right amount of food for your lab as comparatively my breed is smaller than yours. Scrambled eggs with carrots and nothing else added to it along with a big chapati. This i her standard breakfast. Apart from this i usually give her a treat or two. At the moment she is obsessed with Dogsee Chew churpi bars. Healthy and long lasting they seem pretty perfect.
