You may write to The KCI for duplicate registration paper giving the microchip no. along with the DD of Rs.350/- ( Rs 300/- as fee for duplicate paper & Rs 50/- for sending papers to you by registered post). About 20 papers of my mastiffs were stolen & The KCI was very helpful and provided me with the duplicate registration papers along with championship certificates. The KCI will help you too.
