Its not a dog that need training, its the handler/owner who need training to handle the dog. Dogs will dominate us if we are not assertive or not showing ourself as pack leader. First be assertive and make your dog to obey you, you can watch ceasar milan "Dog Whisperer" program in national geographic channel between 8pm to 9pm night. This program deals everything on dogs psycology. After watching this program, you will definitely feel better than before in handling dogs.

You dog is demonstrating dominance over the others, its treating himself as Pack Leaders, there are many fourms where you can read about the behaviours and what needs to be done by humans. You have to make sure the dog becomes member of pack rather then leader. Things will fall in place soon, I agree with KamalRaj on educating yourself on how to bring dog at early age and what care needs to be taken.
