There are some rice grain size swelling in the shoulder of my 9 month old labrador, help?

I own a 9 month old labrador. There are some rice grain size swelling in the shoulder (for more specefic I use shoulder) area of both forelimbs and near the joints of both the hind limbs. Three or four such small swellings combined to form a round wound on the hind limbs. There is no itching at all. I have given LIXEN PALTAB 600 mg one course (7 nos x 7 days) alongwith WYSALONE 10mg tabs 6 nos in 3 days. The posotion still continues. Please help me.

get Sendha salt or rock salt ( mineral form of sodium chloride, NaCl ). Boil some water n add a tea-spoon of this salt in it. Then massage that area.
