How old is your dog, breed, weight, is he active or not, where does he or she stay generally and what do you feed him. Background is always required to see what can be the problem. Have you done deworming?

you can't treat this based on inputs u get from forum's
goto a vet without delay, such an infection can dehydrate/ kill a dog in 1.5 /2 days

Also.. if this is an infection... clean you house with bleach and water to rid it of any infection left on from the dog's syliva or stools.

fi its parvo.. parvo can survive for 7 months and anti-septic or disinfectant fluids do nothing to it.. only bleach + water (1:30 ratio) will clean it off
