Hi, dogs are lactose intolerant. In simple words, they don't have enzymes ( chemicals required to break food into further pieces ) to digest milk. Instead of milk, you can feed curd ( dhahi ) which is good for digestion. You can also buy ceralac especially made for puppies.
If you still insist feeding milk, then you can try this product but be aware that it's not cheap. Please check-

Also, you can start introducing kibbles in his diet. We gave our one and half month old Labrador Eukanuba puppy starter.

I'm not sure whether baby Ceralac can be given to puppies. We fed our Labrador puppy ceralac which is very common in petshops here in Delhi. You can consult your vet for the same.
