The most common sign for anyone to notice is a slight bloody discharge. Please keep her away from male dog for atleast 21 days and be careful is taking her for a walk outside. Also if you do not plan to breed her please do get her sprayed (neutered) only exceptional and very good quality dogs should be breed.
