Does he have a sensitive tummy? I had read that dog food or treats with gluten can cause such sensitiveness in dogs as they are not able to handle it. You could try avoiding such food. As treats you could give him/her churpi bars. I used to give mine these bars from Dogsee Chew, gluten and grain free, they were all natural as well. A good option for sensitive dogs.
