What is the Procedure for the KCI registration of dog?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a owner of 5months Rottweiler female puppy. I have received a registration certificate form seller, but he is not ready give me a letter of ownership (certificate is silent about the owner). Now I want a letter of ownership form THE KENNEL CLUB OF INDIA. I have following document with me. 1) Registration Certificate (Reg. No. 2011/007278 dated 22/03/2011) Registration granted to Mr. Yadunath Gadre 2) Microchip (No. 978101080623357 Kindly guide me the next course of action for the same. Reference of my registration.
