Is it normal for Golden Retriever to be less aggressive and also to not ask for food?

Sir, I got 14 months old Golden Retriever who is fine & healthy. The problem is he is not aggressive enough & he does not ask for food. If we feed him he eats otherwise, he will move along with us till we give him food. Is it okay for this type of breed of animal or we should do something?

Golden retriever is one of the most family-loving friendly lovable breed....Dont ever expect it to b agressive coz itz neither a 'watchdog' or 'Guarddog' n is too gentle to b agressive.

Now as long as he's in good health and gets over with watever u feed him ....He's fine.....No worries.

Even my GSD does the same thing. A dog begging for food is not desirable. If your dog is well fed & healthy then he will not ask for food. Your dog is a well behaved dog, just shower him with love & take good care of his health.
