I want to relocate my 6 months GSD Jockey from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad?

I want to relocate my 6 months GSD Jockey from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. Could any one suggest me a affordable and an accompanied journey where we could have a nice trip. I don't prefer flight as he won't respond to anesthesia. And, don't recommend a train journey as an article said that dogs will go to depression through out their life with such journey. He is very energetic and I want him to be like that through out his life.

You can take your pooh along with you in first class cabin of a train. All the details u can get on Indian Rail website. You have to pay the charge of luggage-livestock. The main problem in this journey is that either you book whole coope otherwise if ur accompanied passenger is not easy with ur pooh, he would let ur pooh out and u would have to get the dog in luggage boggy. So it is advisable to journey in couple booking in first class cabin. It could be quite costly.

Hi Munna! I appreciate your idea. But, I do not own a car. I was checking will there be any possibility that I could move him with packers and movers while I am relocating my house hold items, staying back with the carrier truck itself. But, I have no idea whether ppl are providing a pet carrier service if I do have a cage for him. I do appreciate people who could come up with a proper solution. Please help me out to solve this prob.

And, Munna I haven't yet checked with a rent house for my family to stay. I do request you to suggest me a good place where I could rent a individual house which at-least be reachable to Banjara Hills in a max. of 2 hours. As I want my Jockey to be the world's joyful boy. And so as he is habituated for a more empty space out of my house, I don't think so he could enjoy an apartment life. I was planning to Kompally as there is a trainer available for him. I prefer a trainer for my boy is because he is a hyper-active one and my mom alone can't take care of him unleash. One experience of him to death row is enough. No more such experiences could be digested by me. So, though training is painful for him I do prefer to control him for his long lasting life. Though it is high for my budget. I do trust that he is not a painful trainer. Situation is demanding me to train him.

@ Sri Charan : Its a good idea in my view to travel with ur pooh in truck carrier. Just provide him enough space that he could be easy. because my dog likes to travel in car but he doesnt or couldnt lie down properly in it. so it is much restless situation for him.

Thank you very much Bijal. Your dog is pretty cool. And, as my dog is habited for a individual house where he do have a free space of 1/2 acre to play, I do not think so he could adjust in an apartment. Could you suggest me whether to rent a apartment in a city or a individual house near by sub urban.
