Who are eligible to be member of breed specific clubs in India?

Who are eligible to be member of breed specific clubs in India, like Labrador club of India, Boxer club, great dane club, etc. I've heard the membership is given on life-long basis. Also, what is the criteria of registering a puppy to local clubs, like Delhi club, Dehradun club. Does membership to these clubs make dogs eligible to take part in the respective city. Like a puppy registered to Chandigarh club taking part in KCI hosted show in Chandigarh.

All dogs have to be registered with the parent company that is KCI. Local clubs will not register ur dog. Generally people who have been active with a particular breed and are kind of experts in it join or form breed specific clubs.
