Whoa! Pooch Walked 6 Km Everyday To Say Hi To Everyone

04 Sep 2016 | by | Posted in: Wag News

Dogs are the best thing that has happened to mankind. One of the best examples was seen recently in the town of Longville. This pooch named Bruno walked about 6 kilometers each day on the highway of Longville just to say Hi to everyone. He loved to take a stroll in the town. Bruno was left on the doorstep of Larry LaVallee. In the first sight, Larry fell in love with Bruno and decided to raise him as his own pet. But Bruno was a liberated soul and Larry stopped keeping the furball on a leash. The reason behind keeping dogs on leash is to keep them under a check. In spite of being not trained, Bruno never ever misbehaved. But he won everyone over.

He loved to meet people. Even when he was a little pup, he used to take long strolls and go to Louisville and greeted people and people greeted him back.

First, it was weird for them to see a lone dog with a collar wandering on the streets. But when Bruno became a regular walker, people started petting him and offering him food. By the end of the day, the furball walks about 6kms on his way back home. The town people adore Bruno so much, that the cute little pooch has been declared as town’s brand ambassador and a statue has been made in order to pay a tribute to him.

Unfortunately, the age hit him hard; Bruno took his last breath after his glorious 12 years. But, with the love, Bruno will always be in their hearts.
